Beta Version Notice
Squash Manager is currently in beta. While we strive to provide a stable and reliable service, you may encounter bugs or incomplete features. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve the platform. By using this beta version, you acknowledge and accept that:
- The service may be modified or discontinued at any time
- Features may change or be removed during the beta period
- We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or data persistence
- Early access benefits may change after the beta period
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Squash Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Beta Program Terms
As a beta user, you understand and agree that:
- The first 100 users during the beta period will receive lifetime free access to the basic features of the platform
- Future premium features may be introduced that are not included in the lifetime free access
- We may collect additional usage data and feedback to improve the service
- You will report any bugs or issues you encounter to help us improve the platform
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account
- You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the service
- You must obtain consent from team members before adding their information to the platform

During and after the beta period, we reserve the right to:

- Change or introduce service fees with appropriate notice
- Add, remove, or modify features

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squash Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This is particularly important during the beta period where services may be less stable.

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
